Chief Monty Castillo

St. Helena Police Department is comprised of 19 employees who are dedicated to their profession and committed to serving the community. St. Helena PD understands the importance of working together with our community and strongly adheres to the Community Oriented Policing Philosophy.  The PD strives to improve communications with our community, develop close and positive relationships with the community, along with working with the community to be creative problem solvers.  This partnership will assist in maintaining a safe environment for our community by reducing crime and most importantly maintaining the excellent quality of life our community experiences.
