The City of St. Helena Draft ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan Posted for Review
The City of St. Helena is requesting feedback on the City’s draft ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan. Over the last year the City conducted an exhaustive self-evaluation of the City’s programs, policies, and facilities on accessibility and has created a plan which identifies barriers and establishes the commitment to ensuring accessibility to all individuals.  Your opinion is important and will provide valuable information regarding how the City of St. Helena can better accommodate individuals with disabilities.
Please join us to:

      Ask questions
Discuss the Plan and meet with City staff
      Provide input

The Draft ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan and Feedback Survey can be found on the City’s website or by contacting the ADA Self-Evaluation & Transition Plan Project Manager below.  The Plan will be available for review until March 17, 2017. The City is requesting the public review the plan and fill out the survey online to provide your feedback. Paper survey forms are also available at City Hall and the St. Helena Public Library and for download on the website. In addition to the feedback survey, City staff will hold a open house on February 15, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 PM to answer questions and collect comments and suggestions regarding the draft Transition Plan. The open house will be held at the Main Fire Hall at the St. Helena Fire Station located at 1480 Main Street. Additionally, the draft plan will be presented to City Council at the February 28, 2017 City Council meeting.
For any questions, or if you need special assistance to participate in the open house or require documents in an alternative format, please contact the ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan Project Manager at:
